How a Project Works With Us
No black boxes. Here’s exactly what happens from the first call to the final punch list.
Step 1 — The Conversation
You tell us what you’re trying to do, what you’re hoping to spend, and when you’d like to be done. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
Step 2 — The Site Visit
We come out, walk the property, take measurements, and look at the conditions. This visit is free and there’s no pressure.
Step 3 — The Proposal
You get a written, itemized proposal — scope, materials, timeline, and price. Nothing buried. Nothing vague.
Step 4 — The Build
We get permits, schedule the trades, and start swinging hammers. You get weekly updates and a clean job site every Friday.
Step 5 — The Walk-Through
We don’t disappear after the last invoice. We walk the finished work with you, hand over warranty info, and stay on call for the year that follows.
